Methodology for Change Requests (C.R)

Once the work request has reached the project team it flows through the paths as shown. Your requirements are received in the form of Business Requirements or Technical specifications for each Change Request.
We review and analyze the C.R and identify the impacted modules. The study covers understanding of your requirement and identifies the impact on the related modules.
  • We estimate the effort for the C.R and have it accepted and approved by you
  • We preparation the delivery plan
  • We prepare the detailed design document for the changes
  • We obtain your approval of the Design document
  • We modify the existing programs based on the design document specifications
  • We prepare a test plan and test data
  • We perform Unit Testing and Integration Testing as defined by the test plan
  • We review of deliverable at each milestone and their status with you
  • We deliver the modified modules/programs, Test plan and Test result with your approvals to you
  • We review your acceptance testing
